Having a Pre-Listing inspection by a reputable certified Home Inspector is added insurance the deal will go smoothly without last minute conditions and unnecessary negotiations. By conducting a full inspection prior to listing, agents, realtors, and home owners are aware of any deficiencies and may have them repaired, or have estimated performed on repair/replacement.
